Ingredients

  • Sliced Streaky pork
    150g
  • Segmented long Beans
    300g
  • Shredded ginger
    5g
  • Dried chilli
    3 segment
  • Oil
    10g
  • Light soy sauce
    10g
  • Cooking wine
    5g
  • Salt
    2teaspoons

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 10g oil, 3 segmented dried chilies and 5g shredded ginger into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Heat the ingredients at 2min/120℃/REV1

  • step 3

    Add 150g sliced Streaky pork

  • step 4

    Put on the measuring cup, fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV0.5 till the pork gives out lard oil

  • step 5

    Add 300g long been segments, 10g light soy sauce, 5g cooking wine and 2 teaspoons of salt

  • step 6

    Put on the measuring cup, and fry the ingredients at 7min/120℃/BREV0.5

  • step 7

    Put the Fried Pork & Long Beans onto a plate for enjoyment!
