Preparation

    Place 300g chopped peeled pumpkin on a plate and sprinkle 40g fresh lily bulbs and 5 red dates

    Put 20g oil and 30g garlic cloves into the mixing bowl

    Smash the garlic cloves into minced garlic at 6sec/REV6
