Preparation

    Clean 150g coix seeds and soak them in water for 2hr

  • step 2

    Put the soaked coix seeds and 1,500g water into the mixing bowl

  • step 3

    Cook the ingredients at 40min/100℃/REV1

  • step 4

    Pour the cool cooked coix seed water into a container, slice 1 lemon, and add the lemon slices and 50g powdered rock sugar
