  • Chopped peeled luffa
    250g
  • Clam
    300g
  • Segmented scallion
    10g
  • Shredded ginger
    10g
  • Cooking wine
    10g
  • Light soy sauce
    10g
  • Salt
    1teaspoon

Preparation

  • step 1

    Place 250g chopped peeled luffa on a plate and sprinkle 300g clams from which sand is cleared

  • step 2

    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt, 10g cooking wine, 10g light soy sauce, 10g shredded ginger, and 10g segmented scallion

  • step 3

    Pour 500g water into the mixing bowl

  • step 4

    Put on the steamer set and steam the ingredients at 15min/110℃/REV1
