Preparation

    Put 600g water, 1,000g diced sirloin beef, 10g ginger slices, and 20g cooking wine into the mixing bowl

    Blanch the beef at 11min/100℃/BREV0.5, then take it out, drain off residual water from it, and clean the mixing bowl
