Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 200g chopped corncob, 150g chopped broccoli, 200g white mushrooms and 200g chopped carrot on a steaming tray

  • step 2

    Put 500g clean mussel into the steamer

  • step 3

    Place 600g chicken nuggets, 700g water 10g ginger slices and 20g cooking wine into the mixing bowl

  • step 4

    Blanch the chicken nuggets at 7min/110℃/BREV0.5, then take them out, drain off residual water from the chicken nuggets, and clean the mixing bowl

  • step 5

    Put the blanched chicken nuggets, 100g bitter gourd, 200g pineapple, 10g sliced ginger and 1,500g water into the mixing bowl

    Cook the ingredients at 40min/100℃/BREV0.5

  • step 7

    Put on the steamer set and steam the ingredients at 20min/105℃/REV0.5

  • step 8

    Take off the steamer set, add 3 teaspoons of salt in the chicken soup, and cook the ingredients at 1min /100℃/REV0.5

  • step 9

    Ready for enjoyment. Vegetable and mussel may be eaten with mustard soy sauce
