Preparation

Clean 7 shiitake mushrooms and remove their pedicles

Pour a quail egg into a shiitake mushroom

Put the shiitake mushrooms and 500g water into the mixing bowl

Boil the ingredients at 4min/110°C/REV1

Put on the steamer set and steam the shiitake mushrooms at 10min /110℃/REV1

Skim off the water from the steamed Shiitake mushrooms and clean the mixing bowl before adding 10g oil and 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of white sugar and 1 tablespoon of starch into it

Add 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 10g oyster sauce and 150g water

Thicken the ingredients at 1min/120℃/REV3
