Ingredients

  • Butter
    80g
  • White granulated sugar
    100g
  • Egg

  • Marble chocolate
    70g
  • Low gluten flour
    160g
  • Baking powder
    1teaspoon
  • Salt
    1teaspoon

Preparation

    Put 80g butter, 1 egg and 100g white granulated sugar into the mixing bowl

    Mix the ingredients at 20sec/REV5

  • step 3

    Add 160g low gluten flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt

    Mix the ingredients at 10sec/REV5

  • step 5

    Add 60g chocolate with high temperature resistance

  • step 6

    Mix the ingredients at 15sec/REV3, and preheat the oven to 170℃
