Ingredients

  • Duck leg

Preparation

  • step 1

    Clean 2 duck legs and place them in a large bowl, add 20g rosemary, 10g thyme, 3 teaspoons of salt and 50g diced onion

    Pour 500g water into the big bowl, cover the bowl rim with plastic wrap, and refrigerate the duck legs overnight for marination

    Take out the marinated duck legs and place them and also the remaining thyme and rosemary in an airtight bag

    Add 50g olive oil to each duck leg and vacuum the airtight bag

    Pour 1,000g water into the mixing bowl

    Heat the water at 10min/75℃/REV1

    Put the airtight bag with the duck legs inside and cook them slowly at 99min/75°C/BREV0.5
