Ingredients

  • Olive oil
    240g
  • Mustard seed sauce
    50g
  • Balsamic vinegar
    50g
  • White sugar
    10g
  • Mixed spice
    1tablespoon
  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper
    1teaspoon

Preparation

    Pour 240g olive oil into a bowl

  • step 2

    Install the whisk onto the mixing bowl

  • step 3

    Add 50g mustard seed sauce

  • step 4

    Add 50g balsamic vinegar

  • step 5

    Add 10g white sugar

  • step 6

    Add 1 tablespoon of Italian mixed spice, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

  • step 7

    Mix the ingredients at 4min/REV4, and meanwhile pour the olive oil slowly around the measuring cup which will slowly drip onto the blade head for emulsion
