Ingredients

  • Medium gluten flour

  • Egg (big)

  • Water
    60g
  • White sugar
    75g
  • Oil
    15g
  • Baking powder
    5g
  • White sesame seeds

Preparation

    Put 1 big egg into the mixing bowl

    Add 75g white sugar, 60g water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 15g oil

    Add 250g medium gluten flour and 5g baking powder
