  • Shredded pork

  • Light soy sauce

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 200g shredded pork into a bowl and add 15g light soy sauce and 5g oil to and marinate the pork for 5min

  • step 2

    Pour 10g oil into the mixing bowl

  • step 3

    Put on the measuring cup, heat the oil at 2min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 4

    Add the marinated shredded pork

  • step 5

    Put on the measuring cup, fry the ingredients at 2min/120℃/BREV1, and take them out

  • step 6

    Put 10g oil and 10g chopped scallion into the mixing bowl

  • step 7

    Put on the measuring cup, stir-fry the ingredients at 2min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 8

    Add 200g shredded Asparagus lettuce, 100g needle mushroom, the fried shredded pork, 1 teaspoon of salt and 10g light soy sauce

    Put on the measuring cup, fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV2
