  • Milk
    300g
  • Matcha powder
    10g
  • White sugar
    80g
  • Egg yolk
    3pcs
  • Whipping cream
    200g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 300g milk and 80g white sugar into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Add 3 egg yolks and 10g matcha powder

  • step 3

    Put on the measuring cup, and heat the ingredients at 8min/80°C/REV3

  • step 4

    Add 200g whipping cream

  • step 5

    Put on the measuring cup and mix the ingredients at 20sec/REV6

  • step 6

    Pour the mixed ice cream liquid into moulds respectively

  • step 7

    Refrigerate the ice cream moulds in a refrigerator overnight before enjoyment
