Preparation

    Put 500g pork stuffing, 50g eggs, 5g sesame oil, 10g light soy sauce and 10g oyster sauce into the mixing bowl

    Add 5g minced ginger, 15g chopped scallion, 5g ground black pepper, 5g rock sugar and 10g cooking wine

    Add 10g starch and 5g salt

  • step 4

    Put on the measuring cup, mix the ingredients at 2min/BREV1.5, place the pork stuffing into a container, and then clean the mixing bowl

    Dip your hands in water, shape meatballs into the desired size, and place them in the water

    Pour 600g water into the mixing bowl
