Preparation

Clean the yellow croaker and wipe off residual water from it Cut some cuts at a diagonal angle on the fish body with a knife, and insert a ginger slice into each cut and marinate the yellow croaker for 20min

Put 30g oil, 5g scallion, 5g shredded ginger, 5g garlic and 10g light soy sauce into the mixing bowl

Add 2g star anise, 2g Cinnamon bark, 2g dried chilli, and 2g Chinese prickly ash

Cook the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV1.5

Put 10g light soy sauce, 10g vinegar, 10g LaoGanMa sauce, and 10g white sugar into a small bowl, and mix them uniformly

Open the lid, keep the yellow croaker upright leaning the blade set along the inner wall of the mixing bowl, and pour the prepared sauce evenly on the fish body
