Preparation

    Put 500g pig's trotter, small bundled scallion, 3 ginger slices, and water higher than the trotter in the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Operate the COOK mode for 15min to blanch the pig's trotter, take out the chopped pig's trotter, and clean the mixing bowl

    Put 500g water, 25g rock sugar, 1 star anise, a segment of Cinnamon bark, and 1 Myrcia leaf into the mixing bowl
