Preparation

    Put 30g onion and 2 Shiitake mushrooms into the mixing bowl

    Smash the ingredients at 20sec/REV5

  • step 3

    Take off the measuring cup, and add 10g oil

  • step 4

    Stir-fry the ingredients at 3min/100°C/BREV1

  • step 5

    Add 50g cured pork, 10g cooking wine, 30g light soy sauce, 20g oyster sauce and 10g white sugar

  • step 6

    Add half a sliced Cantonese sausage and fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV2

  • step 7

    Add 100g clean rice

  • step 8

    Fry the ingredients at 4min/120℃/BREV1.5

  • step 9

    Add 1,000g water, and place the fried rice directly into the simmering basket

  • step 10

    Put the simmering basket into the mixing bowl, put on the measuring cup, and operate the STEAM mode for 40min
