Preparation

    Soak 50g preserved vegetable in water for 1hr and clean and chop it

    Put 250g flour, 120g water and 1 teaspoon of salt into the mixing bowl

    Mix the ingredients at 30sec/REV4

  • step 4

    Operate the KNEAD mode for 5min for kneading the flour into dough

  • step 5

    Take out the dough and knead it until smooth Cover the dough with plastic wrap, relax it for half an hour, and then divide it into 4 equal dough parts
