  • Sliced ginger

  • Dried bamboo shoots

  • Rock sugar
    40g
  • Light soy sauce
    30g
  • Dark soy sauce
    10g
  • Cooking wine
    50g
  • Water

Preparation

  • step 1

    Soak 50g dried bamboo shoots in hot water for more than 1hr

  • step 2

    Put 5 ginger slices, 150g sliced pork, 40g rock sugar and 30g light soy sauce into the mixing bowl

  • step 3

    Add 10g dark soy sauce, 50g cooking wine and 100g water

  • step 4

    Boil the ingredients at 10min/100°C/BREV1

  • step 5

    Open the lid, add the soaked bamboo shoots, and fry the ingredients at 10min/100℃/BREV1

  • step 6
