Ingredients

  • Diced Lipu taro
    300g
  • Sago
    100g
  • Powdered rock sugar
    30g
  • Milk
    500g
  • Coconut milk
    200g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 300g diced Lipu taro into the steamer and pour 1,500g water into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Put on the steamer set with the diced taro inside and steam it at 25min/120℃/REV1

  • step 3

    Take out the steamed diced taro and put 100g sage into the mixing bowl

  • step 4

    Put on the measuring cup, cook the sage at 25min/95℃/REV1, filter the cooked sago, wash the sticky pectin, and clean the mixing bowl

  • step 5

    Put 500g milk, 200g coconut milk, 30g powdered rock sugar, the cooked taro and sago into the mixing bowl

  • step 6

    Without the measuring cup, heat the ingredients at 8min/80℃/BREV1
