Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 30g black sesame oil, 30g diced red onion, 8 garlic cloves and 5g ginger slices into the mixing bowl

    Put on the measuring cup, stir-fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 3

    Add 400g diced spring bamboo shoots, 25g Jinlan soy sauce, 50g rice wine, 15g powdered rock sugar and 5g dark soy sauce

  • step 5
