  • Minced garlic

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 200g water and 100g clam into the mixing bowl

    Cook the ingredients at 3min/100℃/BREV1, and take out the mixture

    Put 15g minced garlic, 60g chopped onion and 30g butter into the mixing bowl

    Stir-fry the ingredients at 5min/100°C/BREV1

    Add 100g shrimp
