Preparation

  • step 1

    Soak 50g bean vermicelli in hot water in advance, and put 10g oil and the slices of 1 chilli into the mixing bowl

    Stir-fry the ingredients at 3min/120°C/BREV1

  • step 3

    Add 25g pickled Chinese cabbage segment, 75g white beech mushroom segment, 75g beech mushroom segment and 75g needle mushroom segment in turn

    Fry the ingredients at 5min/120°C/BREV1

    Add 400g water, 7g salt, 15g milk, and 5g white sugar
