Preparation

  • step 1

    Wash large yellow croaker, sprinkle salt and white pepper powder and apply cooking wine over its both sides, insert 10g ginger slices into the belly of the large yellow croaker, and marinate it

    Put 20g cooking wine, 20g light soy sauce, 10g dark soy sauce and 10g powered sugar into a bowl, and mix them uniformly

    Put 10g oil, 10g sliced ginger, 20g segmented scallion, 2 dried chillies and 6 star anises into the mixing bowl
