Put 300g shredded pickled Chinese cabbage and an appropriate amount of water into a bowl, soak the shredded pickled Chinese cabbage for 30min, and squeeze off water from it

Put 300g soaked glass noodles into a bowl, add 5g dark soy sauce, and mix them uniformly
