  • Medium gluten flour

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 200g spinach leaves and 200g water into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Put on the measuring cup, and make spinach juice at 1min/REV10

  • step 3

    Filter the spinach juice, and clean the mixing bowl

  • step 4

    Put 260g spinach juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, 10g oil and 500g medium gluten flour in the mixing bowl
