Preparation

  • step 1

    Put on the simmering basket into the mixing bowl, add 500g chopped pork ribs, and pour water higher than the pork ribs

    Blanch the chopped pork ribs at 5min/50℃/BREV5.5, then take out and cool them, and clean the mixing bowl

    Put the rinsed pork ribs, 10g light soy sauce, 15g oyster sauce, 5g dark soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of salt into a bowl
