Ingredients

  • Dry soybeans
    100g
  • Water
    1200g
  • White sugar
    50g
  • Raw steamed bread
    An appropriate amount

Preparation

  • step 1

    Wash and soak 100g dry soybeans for 4hr, and then drain drain off residual water for later use

  • step 2

    Spread steaming cloth in the steamer, place raw steamed buns and ferment them fully, or place refrigerated steamed buns on it

  • step 3

    Put the soaked soybeans and 1,200g water into the mixing bowl

  • step 4

    Put on the steamer set, steam the steamed bread at 30min/110℃/BREV1, and keep it for another 2min after steaming program is completed

  • step 5

    Take off the steamer set, scrape the soybean shells floating on the lid into the mixing bowl, and add 50g powdered sugar

  • step 6
