Preparation

    Put 40g powdered sugar, 3g salt, 15g light soy sauce, and 5g dark soy sauce into a bowl

    Add 30g roast pork sauce, 10g oyster sauce, and 250g water, and mixing them uniformly

    Put 30g corn starch and 50g water in a bowl and mix them uniformly into starch liquid

    Put 20g oil, 30g diced green pepper, 60g onion rings, 10g coriander and 6g sliced ginger into the mixing bowl

    Without the measuring cup, stir-fry the ingredients at 5min/120°C/BREV1

    Pour the prepared sauce, put on the measuring cup, and fry the ingredients at 5min/120℃/BREV1

    Take out the diced green pepper, onion rings, coriander and sliced ginger

    Cook the ingredients at 1min/120℃/BREV2, and meanwhile pour the prepared starch liquid to thicken the roast pork stuffing

    Add 300g diced roast pork

    Add 250g low medium gluten, 250g medium gluten flour and 10g lard oil

    Mix the ingredients at 30sec/REV4

    Operate the KNEAD mode for 2min for kneading the flour into dough, take out the dough and cover it with plastic wrap, and relax it for 15min

    Divide the dough into 2 equal dough parts, roll each dough part into a long dough strip and cut the dough into small dough parts weighing 40g each

    Put on the steamer set, steam the buns at 18min/120℃/REV1, and keep the buns inside the steamer for another 2min after the steaming program is completed
