  • Peeled broad beans

Preparation

  • step 1

    Weigh 150g sticky rice, and soak it in the water for 2hr in a bowl

  • step 2

    Put 10g oil, 10g shredded ginger and 10g chopped scallion into the mixing bowl

  • step 3

    Put on the measuring cup, and stir-fry the ingredients at 2min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 4

    Add 150g peeled broad beans, 100g diced mushroom, 50g diced sausage, 50g diced peas and 50g diced carrot

  • step 5

    Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 5g dark soy sauce and 10g light soy sauce

  • step 6

    Put on the measuring cup, fry the ingredients at 6min/120℃/BREV1, and take them out after the program is completed

    Put the soaked sticky rice, 150g clean rice, and also cooked vegetable into the simmering basket

  • step 8

    Pour 1,100g water into the mixing bowl and put on the simmering basket

  • step 9

    Put on the measuring cup, and cook the ingredients at 20min/120℃/REV2

  • step 10

    After the program is completed, keep the Meal for Beginning of Summer inside the simmering basket for another 5min and mix it uniformly before they are ready for enjoyment
