  • Kidney bean segment

  • Chopped dried chilli

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 15g oil, 10g dried chilli segments, 4 minced garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon of Chinese prickly ash into the mixing bowl

    Stir-fry the ingredients at 3min/120°C/BREV1

  • step 3

    Pour 300g kidney bean segments into the mixing bowl

  • step 4

    Fry the ingredients at 5min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 5

    Add 1 teaspoon of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 10g light soy sauce, and 8 dried chillies
