Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 100g pea starch and 100g water in a small bowl and mix them uniformly into starch liquid

    Pour 600g water into the mixing bowl

  • step 3

    Put on the measuring cup, and boil the water at 5min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 4

    Take off the measuring cup, cook the ingredients at 5min/100℃/REV3, and pour the starch liquid into the mixing bowl through the small hole

    Pour the ingredients into a container, cool it naturally, and refrigerate it in a refrigerator for 2hr

    Put 50g chili sauce fried with oil, 20g vinegar and 30g sesame paste into a bowl
