Preparation

    Put 10g starch, 60g water, 5g dark soy sauce, and 10g light soy sauce into a bowl

  • step 2

    Add 10g chilli oil and mix the ingredients uniformly

  • step 3

    Put 20g oil, 200g minced pork, 5g Capsicum frutescens and 10g minced ginger into the mixing bowl

    Put on the measuring cup, fry the ingredients at 6min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 5

    Add 20g broad bean paste

  • step 6

    Put on the measuring cup, fry the ingredients at 2min/120℃/BREV2

  • step 7

    Add a box of Hard bean curd, and drizzle the prepared sauce
