Preparation

  • step 1

    Remove inner entrails of the soaked Liaoning sea cucumbers, and rinse their sand bags

    Put 800g water, 5g ginger slices, and 10g scallion slices into the mixing bowl

    Add the blanched Liaoning sea cucumbers and fried segmented scallion, put on the measuring cup, and stew the ingredients at 2min/120℃/BREV0.5

    Cook the ingredients at 2min/120℃/BREV1.5, meanwhile drizzle an appropriate amount of starch liquid and also an appropriate amount of oil fried with scallion along the lid hole, and mix them uniformly
