  • Cured pork

  • Taro
    200g
  • Garlic bolt
    100g
  • Chilli
    30g
  • Salt
    1teaspoon
  • Oil
    30g
  • Water
    1000g

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 30g oil, 100g garlic bolt and 30g dried chillies into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Stir-fry the ingredients at 3min/120°C/BREV1

  • step 3

    Add 200g cured pork slices and 1 teaspoon of salt

  • step 4

    Cook the ingredients at 5min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 5

    Take out the cooked ingredients out of the mixing bowl

  • step 6

    Pour 1,000g water into the mixing bowl and put on the steamer set

  • step 7

    Place 200g taro onto a plate and mix the cured pork and taro

  • step 8

    Operate the STEAM mode for 20min

  • step 9

    Put the Sliced Beef Entrails in Chili Sauce onto a plate for enjoyment
