Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 250g chopped pork ribs, 1 teaspoon of salt and 20g cooking wine into a bowl, and mix them uniformly to marinate the pork ribs for 30min

    Put 5g light soy sauce, 5g white sugar, 5g spiced vinegar, 50g tomato sauce, and 5g orange juice into a bowl

  • step 3

    Add 100g water, and mix them uniformly into a sauce

  • step 4

    Put 20g oil, 10g ginger and 10g minced garlic into the mixing bowl

    Stir-fry the ingredients at 2min/120°C/BREV1
