Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 10g oil, 1 star anise, 10g minced ginger and 10g minced scallion into the mixing bowl

    Put on the measuring cup, and stir-fry the ingredients at 2min/120℃/BREV1

    Add 300g diced streaky pork

  • step 4
