Preparation

Put 250g beef fillet, 10g cooking wine, 5g dark soy sauce, 10g light soy sauce and 5g starch into a bowl, and mix them uniformly

Add 10g oil and mix the ingredients uniformly to marinate the beef

Pour 20g oil into the mixing bowl

Put on the measuring cup, and heat the oil at 2min/120℃/BREV1

Add 10g minced garlic, 20g segmented pickled pepper, 2g Capsicum frutescens rings, and 20g green chilli rings

Put on the measuring cup, and stir-fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV1

Add the marinated beef fillet, put on the measuring cup, and fry the ingredients at 4min/120°C/BREV2

Add 10g oyster sauce and 50g chopped coriander

Without the measuring cup, fry the ingredients at 2min/120℃/BREV1.5
