Put 350g chopped bullfrog, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of starch into a bowl, mix them uniformly and marinate the bullfrog for 10min

Put 15g oil, 14g garlic slices, and 10g ginger slices into the mixing bowl

Stir-fry the ingredients at 3min/120°C/BREV1

Put the marinated chopped bullfrog into the mixing bowl

Add 150g diced onion, 100g green pepper rings, 4g Capsicum frutescens, 5g light soy sauce and 5g dark soy sauce
