  • Chopped bullfrog

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 350g chopped bullfrog, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of starch into a bowl, mix them uniformly and marinate the bullfrog for 10min

  • step 2

    Put 15g oil, 14g garlic slices, and 10g ginger slices into the mixing bowl

  • step 3

    Stir-fry the ingredients at 3min/120°C/BREV1

  • step 4

    Put the marinated chopped bullfrog into the mixing bowl

  • step 5

    Stir-fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 6

    Add 150g diced onion, 100g green pepper rings, 4g Capsicum frutescens, 5g light soy sauce and 5g dark soy sauce

  • step 7

    Add 10g cooking wine and 15g oyster sauce

  • step 8

    Fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 9

    The program is completed and place the Stir-fried Bullfrog onto a plate for enjoyment
