Preparation

    1 segmented dried chilli

  • step 2

    Put 15g colza oil, 1 segmented dried chili and 14g garlic slices into the mixing bowl

    Stir-fry the ingredients at 2min/120°C/BREV1

  • step 4

    Put 180g minced pork and 20g cooking wine into the mixing bowl

  • step 5

    Fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 6

    Add 50g carrot, 10g light soy sauce, 20g broad bean paste, 300g peas and 5g oyster sauce

  • step 7

    Add 2 teaspoons of white sugar

  • step 8

    Fry the ingredients at 6min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 9
