Preparation

  • step 1

    Soak 200g sweet potato vermicelli in hot water until it is soft, cut it into 10cm long segments, drizzle 5g dark soy sauce, and mix them uniformly

    Put 10g oil, 200g minced pork, 10g minced ginger and 10g chopped Capsicum frutescens into the mixing bowl

    Add 10g shredded scallion and 20g cooking wine

  • step 4

    Put on the measuring cup, and fry the ingredients at 3min/120℃/BREV3
