Preparation

    Put 400g chopped drumstick, 10g shredded ginger and 10g of segmented scallions in a bowl

    Add 20g cooking wine, 20g oyster sauce, 10g light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder, and 10g sesame oil
