  • Rice

  • Dried scallops

  • Shrimps with their back lines removed

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 10 shrimps, 100g clams, 10g shredded ginger, 10g segmented scallion and 10g cooking wine into a bowl, mix them uniformly, and marinate them in a refrigerator
