  • Chopped duck

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 350g chopped duck, 10g bundled scallion, 10g ginger slices, 10g cooking wine, and 1,000g water into the mixing bowl

    Put on the measuring cup, blanch the duck at 10min/100℃/BREV1, and then clean the blanched duck and also the mixing bowl
