  • Sliced Chiba tofu

  • Sliced streaky pork

  • Shredded ginger

  • Segmented garlic bolt

  • Light soy sauce

  • LaoGanMa sauce
    30g
  • Dark soy sauce

  • Capsicum frutescens

Preparation

  • step 1

    Put 10g oil, 150g sliced streaky pork and 10 shredded ginger into the mixing bowl

  • step 2

    Without the measuring cup, fry the ingredients at 8min/120℃/BREV1

  • step 3

    Add 1 sliced Capsicum frutescens, garlic bolt root, and 400g Chiba tofu slices

  • step 4

    Add garlic bolt leaves, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, 30g LaoGanMa sauce, 5g dark soy sauce and 10g light soy sauce
