Preparation

  • step 1

    Place garlic and onion into mixing bowl.

  • step 2

    Press control knob and chop 5 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

    Add butter into mixing bowl.

  • step 4

    Press control knob and saute 3 mins/120°C/speed 1.

  • step 5

    Add shrimp and squids into mixing bowl.

  • step 6

    Press control knob and cook 3 mins/120°C/speed 1. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

    Place paella rice into mixing bowl.

  • step 8

    Press control knob and cook 2 mins/120°C/speed 1.

  • step 9

    Add seafood broth, white wine, saffron and paprika into mixing bowl.

  • step 10

    Insert simmering basket into mixing bowl, add clams into it.

  • step 11

    Press control knob and cook 9 mins/100°C/speed 1. Remove simmering basket and set clams aside.

    Add black pepper and sugar into mixing bowl.

  • step 13

    Press control knob and 5 mins/100°C/speed 1.

  • step 14

    Transfer into a serving plate and mix with cooked seafood, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
