Preparation

Place water into mixing bowl.

Insert simmering basket into mixing bowl.

Place sweet potatoes into simmering basket.

Press control knob and steam 15 mins/steaming mode. Transfer into a bowl. Empty mixing bowl.

Place steamed sweet potatoes and sugar into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 30 sec/speed 6.

Add plain flour into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and mix 30sec/speed 3. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Press control knob and mix 20 sec/reverse speed 3. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

Divide the dough into small, equal portions (30 g each) and roll them into balls.

Roll the small balls with sesame seeds.

Heat up oil in a frying pan, fry the sweet potato balls until golden brown.

Dish out and drain on paper towels.
