Preparation

step 1
Place dried chillies, red chillies, shallot, shrimp paste and lemongrass into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and blend 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Press control knob and blend 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Add seafood broth, tamarind paste, fish sauce and sugar into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and blend 30 sec/speed 10.

Add mackerel fish fillets into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 20 mins/100°C/speed 3. Transfer fish broth into a bowl and keep warm.

Place water into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and heat 10 mins/100°C/speed 1.

Add white thick rice vermicelli into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 2 mins/100°C/speed 1. Transfer the cooked rice vermicelli and drain.

Add bean sprouts into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 2 mins/100°C/speed 1. Transfer the cooked bean sprouts and drain.

Place cooked rice vermicelli and bean sprouts, red onion, cucumber, pineapples into 2 serving bowl.
