Preparation

step 1
Place soy sauce, white pepper, teow cake and bean sprouts into a bowl. Mix well then set aside.

Place garlic cloves and shallots into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and chop 5 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Add oil and chilli sauce into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and saute 3 mins/120°C/speed 1.

Insert Whisk, add shrimp, spring onion, Chinese sausage and mixed teow cake into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and cook 4 mins/120°C/reverse speed 0.5. Transfer into a bowl.
