Preparation

Place oil into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and heat 3 mins/120°C/speed 1.

Without measuring cup, press control knob and heat 7 mins/120°C/speed 0.5. Meanwhile, add 3 eggs through the opening of the mixing bowl.

Using scraper to cut the cooked eggs, and transfer into a bowl then set aside.

Place onion and garlic clove into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and chop 5 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Add oil into mixing bowl.

Press control knob and saute 3 mins/120°C/speed 1.

Insert Whisk into mixing bowl. Add shrimp, pineapple, red bell pepper, oyster sauce, sriacha sauce and cooked eggs into mixing bowl.

Add cooked jasmine rice into mixing bowl and slight stir with scraper.

Press control knob and cook 5 mins/120°C/reverse speed 0.5.

Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
